A hard copy of the PPC Quality Manual is issued on a controlled copy basis to the following individuals. Making additional copies of the manual for internal or external use is prohibited. The Quality Assurance Manager is the only company official authorized to issue the manual.
Assignment of a number designates the manual as a controlled copy.
The holder of a controlled copy is responsible for the maintenance and updating as revisions are authorized. Revisions will be distributed to holders of controlled copies.
Controlled copies must be returned when no longer required.
