Contracts and Purchase Orders are reviewed and approved by appropriate personnel at the earliest possible stage to ensure PPC's ability to satisfy specified requirements.

1 Procedures

Review points and requirements are documented for each phase of sales, engineering and manufacturing.

2 Responsibilities

Personnel responsible for conducting contract reviews are identified in documented procedures and work instructions.

3 Conflicts

Differences are resolved prior to acceptance of the order.
