1 Receiving Inspection & Test

Procedures are in place to verify materials and services purchased from outside vendors.

2 In-process Inspection & Test

Inspection plans, tests and procedures are in place to ensure the results of manufacturing processes meet the planned requirements. Various methods of control are used to define conformance to specific requirements. These may include but are not limited to:

• Cell / Team audit

• Process Sheets

• Work instructions

• Check sheets

• Statistical methods

• First Article Inspection

3 Quality Records

Records are maintained that provide evidence that product or processes conform to specified requirements.
